Each spring, the Washington D.C. area welcomes incoming tourists to attend the Cherry Blossom Festival. Italian cafe, Puro Gusto, took advantage of the increased foot traffic to bring more awareness to their Washington D.C. location. Thus, the Brew & Blossom Campaign was created. By developing visually appealing graphics, emphasizing the “Order Ahead” feature on PG’s mobile app, and building a social presence by making use of the hashtag #PGdoesDC, Puro Gusto saw an increase in sales.
